How long does it take to receive the orders?

We are currently experiencing a very high order volume, and shipping time might be longer than usual. We like to over-deliver so to keep it safe we take an average of the following:

  • all orders will be dispatched within 1-2 business days, this is also when you will receive your unique track and trace code.
  • shipping will take around 6-9 business days depending on your location.

We excluded countries we can not ship to, from checking out. This means if you are able to check-out, we can ship to your country

What size should i get?

All our clothes are based on standard sizing and most of the products come with a tailor made size chart.Westrongly recommend getting 1 size bigger to ensure a better fit, as our clothes are tailor adjusted to the body, taking one size up will ensure you will fit in.

Our Shoes & Loafers are true to size, keep in mind that loafers don't have laces,they will have to fit tight. If you are unsure about your size, take one size up for loafers to make sure they will no fit too thight.Werecommend going up 0.5 size if you normally have half sizes for a better fit.

To find your perfect size, please check the foot length in CM / INCHES provided. These are 100% accurate with the shoe.

We have a broad selection of products and to make sure we can offer you fair pricing and remain our Dress With Class - For Less slogan, we source our fabrics and materials on a global scale as each fabric might be cheaper in a different market.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

What are the return rules?

You can return a product for any reason within 14-days guaranteed. No questions asked.

We charge a return fee depend by country between 5 and 10 euro.

The customer only have to bare the return label

How do returns work

By simply sending us an e-mail on support@liubafashion.com or through the contact form.

Our support team will then guide you through the return process.

When will I get my money back

Once we received your return, we will send you money back the day the return package arrives.

It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to process this.

When will I receive my cashback

In some cases we offer cashbacks, to prevent any hassles with returning the products and to compensate for any dissatisfaction.

When the cashback is approved it will be reflected on your bank account within 3-5 business days, you will get an e-mail about this.

When will I get ambassador payouts?

You will get your ambassador payout commission 30-45 days after someone made a purchase through your unique link.

This payout delay (30-45 days) is because when someone does a return, we can still hold your commission payout, to prevent potential comission fraud.

How will I get ambassador payouts?

You will get payouts through the bank account you signed up with.

You will receive e-mails about how to get your first payout succesfully.

How does the ambassador program work?

You will get a unique personal link you can share on social media, blogs, or elsewhere.

If someone makes a purchase through this link you will be granted 10% commission.

You can offer people 10% discount with your unique link.

Can I create content in exchange for free clothes?

Besides our ambassador program, we also do UGC collabs where we send you free items for original pieces of content.
